Returning an order to EyesBright.com

At EyesBright.com we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt or if you have received a faulty product, please read the information below.

I would like to return my order for a refund

If you would like a refund for your order, please return them to us in their original, un-opened condition within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. The return of the goods will be at your cost. We recommend you use a recorded postage method for refunds as we cannot accept responsibility for items sent to us if they are lost by Royal Mail or other postage company.
 

How long does a refund take?

We will refund the correct amount as above to your purchase card as soon as possible once we have confirmed you are eligible for a refund. It can take up to 5 working days for a refund, once made by us, to appear on your statement.
 

I would like to exchange my order, how do I go about this?

To find out if you’re entitled to an exchange please contact the Eyesbright Head Office on 01582 794171 to discuss your requirements. You’re eligible for an exchange within seven days of your receipt as long as the colour lenses are in their original state and the container they come in is unopened. Further details will be disclosed during your discussion with a member of our Head Office staff.
 

My lenses are faulty, what can I do?

If your lenses are faulty, please return them to us for a full refund or exchange for replacements. We want our fashion lenses to arrive in perfect condition and if they don't we would like to know about it. Send your productss back and include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of a replacement or refund; whichever was your stated preference.
