At Eyesbright.com we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please find below information regards ways to return products to us.

I would like to return my order for a refund or exchange.
If you would like a refund for your order or to exchange your order for alternative goods, please contact us as detailed above within 7 working days starting the day after the day on which the goods were received.
Cost of returning goods
Returns sent by post are at your own cost, unless:
- we sent you the wrong product, or
- the item is damaged or faulty; or
- where you are returning a substitute or replacement product which you do not want to keep.
In which case a prepaid envelop will be supplied to for the goods return.
How long does a refund take?
We will refund the correct amount to your purchase card as soon as possible once we have confirmed you are eligible for a refund. It can take up to 5 working days for a refund, once made by us, to appear on your statement.
My product is faulty, what can I do?
If your product is faulty, please contact us on the above details and if requested by us you may be asked to return them to us for a full refund or exchange for replacements. We want our fashion accessories to arrive in perfect condition and if they don't we would like to be informed. When sending your products back to us please include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem.
