Use fresh solution every time you clean your lenses. -Do not share contact lenses with another person as this can easily spread disease and infection. -Do not allow anything other than approved contact lens solutions and sterile saline to come into contact with your lenses, even saliva and tap water. -After removing your lenses from your case, rinse it thoroughly with saline and allow to air dry.
